A Taste of Taiwan Comes to Mito!

From February 7 to 13, 2025, the Mito Keisei Department Store is bringing the flavors of Taiwan straight to Japan. For one week, the 7th-floor event hall will be transformed into a bustling Taiwanese market, filled with authentic foods, drinks, and specialty goods. Come meet our partner Ming Sing and their delicious perfume, top selling in Taiwan and selected by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an official Gift for distinguished dignitaries from all around the world !

Other highlights You Won’t Want to Miss

  • SunnyHills Pineapple Cakes – These famous pineapple cakes are a must-try. A box of five is available for ¥1,851—perfect as a gift or a personal treat.
  • Tei-kun Pepper Buns – Crispy on the outside, juicy and peppery on the inside. These handmade delights are limited to 400 per day and priced at ¥920 each.
  • HAPPY LEMON Tea & More – Enjoy a taste of Taiwan’s vibrant tea culture with Jin Xuan Oolong Tea or Coffee Milk Tea, both available for ¥700.
  • Long Restaurant’s Taiwanese Fried Chicken – The famous “Da Ji Pai” is a crispy, spiced fried chicken fillet, available for ¥880 per piece in limited daily quantities.
